I am not perfect and once in awhile I do miss one or two.....
I can get overwhelmed with all I have to do.....
I get from 50 to 100 emails a day and with everything else I have going on I try to answer the short answers first and get back to ones that I feel need more time. Sometimes the ones I feel need more time get sooo far back I do not get back to them.
Also about a month ago was when Seb was out for a week with a bad back and he was not able to come in at all.... I was by myself for the whole week doing the work in the shop, running errands, shipping, answering the phone, trying my best to get to the emails, ect......
So it was not intentional that i did not get back to you.
We have hired a new mechanic and seb is back and feeling better, so I am able to breathe again....
